A two-year-old boy drowned in a neighbour's garden after wandering from his family's home to 'look at the fishes', an inquest heard.
Billy Griffin slipped out of parent's house unnoticed in Chickerell, near Weymouth, Dorset, while his mother was greeting friends who had come to visit.
The toddler walked through the garden gate accidentally left open by one of his siblings and made his way to the pond to look at the fish, as he had done previously with his mother Sarah.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
