Husband admits killing his Alzheimer's suffering wife because he could not cope with her illness

A husband who could not cope with his wife's Alzheimer's disease has admitted killing her.

Malcolm Bearden from Wellington, Somerset, lost control after being driven to the end of his tether in trying to nurse his wife Margaret, 78, as she became increasingly ill.

Bearden, 79, denied killing his wife but admitted manslaughter due to a loss of control.
