HAMPSTEAD, ONT. - Ten migrant workers and a truck driver were killed and three people injured in a "horrific" two-vehicle crash near Stratford, Ont., Monday.
OPP said 10 people travelling in an extended van died, along with the driver of a tractor-trailer after the vehicles collided just before 5 p.m. at the intersection of Perth Rd. 107 and Line 47, north of Shakespeare, Ont.
It was a scene that left emergency workers shaken.
