B.C. man shot by cops had hit list: Police

VANCOUVER – Police say a man who allegedly went on a murderous rampage in Burnaby, B.C., had a hit list with 10 other targets.

Angus David Mitchell, who police say killed three people and severely wounded another before being fatally shot by Mounties, had maps, addresses, and telephone numbers in his van with details of entry and escape routes on potential victims, said Insp.

Kevin Hackett, Every one of the 26-year-old’s alleged targets had some conflict with him, dating back to 2009.

On May 27, Mitchell allegedly shot and killed a woman working at the Royal Oak Sushi House in Burnaby, along with the restaurant owner and a bystander. Mitchell’s former landlord was shot and severely wounded two days later.
