Sylvester Stallone is 'devastated' and 'grief-stricken' after his son Sage was found dead today. Fresh reports say prescription pills were found at the scene of the 36-year-old's Los Angles apartment where he was discovered. The filmmaker is understood to have overdosed on pills and coroner's officials are investigating if it was accidental or suicide, according to TMZ. A source told RadarOnline that medics arrived on the scene at 3.05pm this afternoon and spent around 25 minutes trying to revive Sage before his death was pronounced at the scene.
