The director of food services at the University of Notre Dame and his 18-month-old granddaughter were found dead at the bottom of a swimming pool on Thursday night after apparently drowning. David Prentkowski, 55, and Charlotte Chelminiac, were found by family at the bottom of the pool at Mr Prentkowski’s home on South Bend, Indiana. The 55-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene while the toddler died a short time later at Memorial Hospital. St Joseph County Police spokesman Lt Matt Blank, told the South Bend Tribune on Friday that it will likely never been known how they ended up at the bottom of the pool. Their deaths have been ruled as accidental drownings and there are no signs of foul play he said.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
