A man and a pregnant woman were shot to death in a Vallejo home, police said Friday. The victims, a 31-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, were found in a home on the 1000 block of Atherton Street after officers responded to reports of gunfire at 9:18 p.m. Thursday.
