A woman has fallen to her death from the fifth floor roof of a busy shopping centre car park today. The woman, who has not been named, landed near the entrance to The Galleria designer outlet, in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, at around 1.40pm. An air ambulance was called to the scene near the A1(M) motorway but paramedics could not revive her.
