Former Dent County Sheriff's Deputy Marvin Rice is shown driving at high speed in Jefferson City, Missouri.

He was wanted in connection with the deaths of his ex-wife Annette Durham, 32, of Salem, and her new boyfriend, 39-year-old Steven Strotkamp.
