The body of a baby found dead in the trunk of its mother's car was so badly decomposed authorities cannot tell what gender it is.

Police believe the child belonged to the 32-year-old woman, who had not used the car outside her trailer park home for more than a month.

The baby was found by its grandparents in Prince Frederick, Maryland when they opened the car to clean it out, according to authorities.
