Men die in head on with fire truck

Two men have died after their car collided with a fire truck in Sydney's west.

Police say the men were travelling on The Northern Road at Llandilo, near Penrith, when their Commodore Sedan crashed head on into a Rural Fire Service truck about 6:30pm on Friday.

Emergency services were called but the men were pronounced dead at the scene.
