'Barbaric' pet owner with 11 animals duct tapes his dog's mouth shut amputates its leg with a HACKSAW

A man is facing animal cruelty charges after he used a hacksaw to cut off his pet dogs leg.

Luc Jean Baptiste is alleged to have used duct tape to shut the dogs mouth and hog tied her so he could carry the crude amputation.

Baptiste,48, told officials his 10 year old dog had injured her leg.
