Man gets nine months in jail for killing seagulls by driving Jeep into flock of birds on the beach

A man has been sentenced to nine months in jail for killing a seagull after deliberately driving into a flock of birds at the beach.

Nicholas Ulsch, who has a history of abusing animals, was sentenced on Thursday after pleading no contest to charges of animal cruelty and violating probation.
