MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH/AP) — An East Hartford man faces a murder charge after the weekend shooting death of his girlfriend.
Police arrested 26-year-old Edwin Leon shortly after his girlfriend, 28-year-old Kris Ann Pouliot, was found dead in the home Leon shared with Pouliot and her mother.
