Woman 'kills dog by throwing it into oncoming traffic after owner blocked her car in driveway'

A woman has been indicted after allegedly killing a dog by throwing it into a stream of oncoming traffic following an argument over parking.

Haniyyah Barnes was apparently furious with a neighbour who blocked in her car which was parked in the neighbour's driveway, and took her anger out on the dog after it emerged to watch the commotion.

But a relative of the accused woman says she 'wasn't in her right mind' at the time, and suggests she might have been drunk during the rampage.
