Teenagers 'bound and gagged landlord, 76, then beat him to death and dumped body in canal'

Two teenagers have been arrested after their landlord's body was found bound and gagged and floating in a canal. The alleged killers were tracked down when police saw one of them driving their victim's car and the other was caught on camera using the dead man's credit card. Corey David Weintraub and Andarly Desir, both 19, have been charged with premeditated murder over the death of 76-year-old William Norman.
