A mother-of-two stabbed her 'smitten' young lover 24 times just moments after texting her ex-boyfriend saying she wished she had never let him go, a murder trial jury was told. Michelle Mills, 31, stabbed Edward Miller, 20, with such ferocity that the handle of the knife she used broke away from the blade, the court heard. Mr Miller bled to death on the living room floor of their rented cottage in Scalford, in Leicestershire, after he was stabbed in the chest, abdomen and back.
