A Florida man beat his girlfriend with his X-box and stabbed her to death as she slept because "she was the wrong star sign," police have said. Darrius Johnson, 22, is accused of "sacrificing" his 23-year-old lover, Monica Gooden, on Sunday at the home they shared in Lauderhill after believing she was a Taurus.
Cops say he initially planned to kill his grandfather, who was indeed born under the bull zodiac sign, but couldn't carry out the crime as he lived too far away, in Florida City.
