3 Dead in Head-on Collision in Pico Rivera

A Honda was traveling south bound on San Gabriel River Parkway when it crossed the center divider, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said. The man driving the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman in the passenger’s seat was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Three children, ranging in age from 8 to 11, were riding in the back seat. All three were ejected from the vehicle, according to deputies. Two died at the scene, the third was transported in unknown condition.
