Woman stabs man to death with stiletto heel

A man is dead and a woman is facing murder charges for a bizarre stabbing incident in Texas - the suspected murder weapon is a stiletto shoe. Police in Houston say the suspect, 44-year-old Ana Lilia Trujillo, used one of the pointy-heeled shoes to stab the 59-year-old victim in a high-rise luxury condominium building inhabited primarily by faculty and staff at the University of Houston. Authorities are yet to identify the victim, and it's unclear whether he worked at the University.
