Iraqi militants kill 42 in attacks on cafés bustling with holiday crowds

So far this month, more than 550 people have been killed as violence continues during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. The speaker of Iraq’s parliament even has acknowledged that insecurity likely will get worse after a massive Al Qaeda-claimed prison break freed hundreds of inmates.
