Brooklyn car passenger shot to death by pedestrian in road rage attack

A Brooklyn man riding in a car was shot to death after he got into a fight with a group of pedestrians who were blocking the road, police said Monday. Dominique Garcia, 22, was riding with a friend in a 2011 Toyota Camry driven by Garcia’s brother when they found their way blocked by a crowd at the intersection of Van Siclen and New Lots Aves. in East New York about 4:30 a.m. Sunday, cops said.
