Family hit by double tragedy in less than a week as father, 56, succumbs to cancer days after son, 24, dies of a heart attack

A family has been left devastated after a father and son both battling terminal illnesses died within days of each other. Sam Claridge, 24, had a serious lung condition but died from a sudden heart attack at his mother's house. Just six days later his heartbroken father Martin Claridge, 54, passed away after losing a long battle with cancer.
