At least two dead in Detroit shooting

DETROIT - At least two people were shot dead and seven others wounded when a gunman opened fire on Wednesday evening at a busy intersection outside a barbershop in Detroit, police said. The barbershop where the shooting happened has a reputation for gambling, but it was too early to tell whether that played a role in the shooting, Detroit Police Chief James Craig told reporters. Police had said previously that three people were killed in the shooting, but later said they could only confirm two fatalities. Craig said police were looking for at least one gunman and possibly a second.
