Divorcee set fire to her ex's home with help of best friend killing innocent woman sleeping inside

A divorced woman has been jailed after she set fire to her ex's house with the help of her best friend and killed an innocent woman who was sleeping inside. Nussrat Khatoon, 39, was sentenced to 14 years after she set fire to her ex's home, in Birmingham, killing a woman staying at the address as she slept inside, West Midlands Police said. Khatoon, of Kings Heath, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and reckless arson and her co-defendant Tina Andrews was found guilty of the same charges in September and was today jailed for 10 years.
