Tragedy as girl, 4, dies after television topples off its stand and on falls top of her while her mother was at home

Chicago authorities are investigating after a four-year-old girl died when a television fell on her. Officials in the northern Illinois community say the preschooler died Sunday, shortly after she was hit by the television that fell off a stand onto the girl. She was pronounced dead at Presence Mercy Medical Center in Aurora.
