Australia's most sadistic child killer Robin Reid who raped, tortured and killed 13-year-old schoolboy Peter Aston in 1982 will 'maim and kill boys' if released from jail, says the police officer who helped lock him up. Reid, a former army corporal, and transexual soldier Paul Luckman kidnapped Aston and another schoolboy, Terry Ryan, at gun and knifepoint and took them to Kingscliff Beach, NSW, where they beat and assaulted Aston and buried him alive. Reid, who former Detective Ian Spiers describes as 'the most perverted evil human I have every come across,' could be freed from prison in less than 12 months.
