A man has been charged with murdering his wife in their Southampton home and drugging three other people.
Margaret Kibuuka, 40, was found dead with stab wounds at the home she shared with her husband George in Richville Road, Shirley, on 8 November.
Mr Kibuuka, 47, was also found injured at their home. He had a stab wound and had drunk pesticide, it later emerged.
He is accused of murder and three counts of administering a stupefying drug.
Medical staff at Southampton General Hospital, where Mr Kibuuka was treated, suffered reactions to the pesticide seeping through his skin.
Firefighters wearing chemical protection suits were called to the couple's home to take away hazardous materials after Mrs Kibuuka's body was found.
She originated from Uganda but had lived in the UK with her husband and their four children for a number of years.
