WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. (KTLA) -- A reckless driving suspect who was shot and killed by police on the 101 Freeway after a high-speed pursuit has been identified as 19-year-old Abdul Arian.
Arian was killed when he got out of his car and apparently began firing at police officers while fleeing.
