ALLENTOWN, Pa. - May 12, 2012 (WPVI) -- An Allentown man is behind bars Saturday night, accused of murdering his mom, a cancer patient battling leukemia.
It happened at a home in the1600 block of Tilghman Street Friday afternoon. Police tell say 38-year old Rafael Tirado killed his 64-year old mother, Gloria Santiago, in front of her three sisters.
Family members say Santiago had just been released from the hospital to celebrate Mother's Day and had only been home 30 minutes when the attack happened.
