A woman has died after plunging three floors in a busy Primark store.
Shocked shoppers and staff rushed to help the woman, who was found at the bottom of the escalators on the ground floor at the Liverpool branch, yesterday.
An off-duty doctor, shopping at the time, gave first aid until paramedics arrived.
They treated the 57-year-old at the scene before taking her to hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
