A man is believed to have shot a childhood friend while high on PCP before stripping naked, climbing on top of a fire truck and screaming obscenities at stunned onlookers.
Members of the public filmed Mohamed Sulaiman Bah, 24, declaring that he was 'going to kill everyone' in a 10-minute rant on top of the truck in a supermarket car park in Maryland on Wednesday night.
Moments before the shocking scenes in Calverton Bah - who was eventually arrested by police who used a Taser to subdue the naked man - had shot his friend in the head in an unprovoked attack brought on by the hallucinogenic drug, officers said.
