A 30-year-old man who had been partying at a Christmas gathering on Saturday night accidentally fell to his death from the seventh-story rooftop of a westside Houston hotel.
Police said the man and two friends had attended a party and ended up at the hotel in the 7600 block of the Katy Freeway near Silber.
The three accessed the roof through an employee entrance, and the man climbed on to the ledge and fell, HPD spokesman Kese Smith said.
His identity was not released Sunday.
