LONDON, ONT. - Only those who were inside the ninth-floor apartment of a north London high-rise know how a teenage girl ended up shot to death there early Thursday.
Police said the 17-year-old girl was fatally shot, and a 17-year-old boy is charged with criminal negligence causing death and multiple weapons offences.
Two London brothers, Patrick Buttenaar, 18, and Zerihun Buttenaar, 20, are also charged with accessory after the fact to criminal negligence causing death.
