A U.S. college student is suing his fraternity after a fellow frat boy allegedly got drunk and shot bottle rockets out of his anus, causing the startled plaintiff to fall off a balcony.
Louis Helmburg III is suing the the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, as well as member Travis Hughes, over drunken misadventures that allegedly occurred at a frat party on May 1, 2011.
"Defendant Hughes was highly intoxicated on this date and time, and decided in a drunken stupor that it would be a good idea to shoot bottle rockets out of his anus on the ATO deck," reads the lawsuit.
