MIDDLETON, Mass. -- A first-grader in Middleton has been removed from school for bullying and molesting other students.
That six-year-old is accused of inappropriately touching and threatening at least ten of his classmates.
The Fuller Meadow School in Middleton is in crisis mode after a group of six-year-olds revealed they were allegedly molested and intimidated by this boy.
The children said he threatened to hurt them if they told anyone what was going on.
It’s believed he allegedly cornered the victims in the boys bathroom and other areas of the school.
The boy has since been expelled, but the uneasiness remains at the school where parents are in shock over what has happened.
“I’m appalled. I don’t get it. I don’t even know how it could go on. It doesn’t make sense,” said a concerned parent.
“Someone that young probably doesn’t know...the extent of it. He’s probably mimicking what he saw at home or on TV or something like that,”
Under Massachusetts law, children under the age of seven cannot be prosecuted.
Police said they are hoping to get him the help he needs.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
