Glorifying stupidity in any form in my opinion is... well... stupid. Telling a dumbfounded city to be stupid so as to not have to worry about getting judged is yet another form of weakness that is not needed.
'it's okay, don't worry about it, you're just being you' is what they have you believe; but not where I come from!
True, the smart have the brains, but saying stupid people have the balls to be an idiot and jeopardize their and (more importantly) other people's lives is making no point at all and stating the obvious.
Smart critiques because they have knowledge and insight and therefore: Judge and are ready to be Judged.
And as far as 'stupid creates' goes, I have yet to see a stupid creation that wasn't stupid... Smart Creates, Stupid Critiques because of their ineptitude.
