Thought to have lost custody court case over son the day before shooting

-Eight dead, including wife Michelle, in worst mass murder in O.C. history

-Dead owner Randy Fannin 'confronted him before being told to "shut up"'

-73-year-old woman among those seriously injured in quiet area of California

-Only one other murder in last five years where actress Sandra Bullock lives
