PALMDALE, Calif. (KTLA) -- A Palmdale woman, who held psychic readings in her garage, has been arrested for allegedly scaring a 12-year-old girl into stealing $10,000 worth of jewelry in an attempt to reverse a supposed curse, according to sheriff's officials.
