An angry and drunk Texan hit his wife and pulled her hair because she did not comment on his Facebook status, police have said.
Benito Apolina went on the rampage after writing that it was the anniversary of his mother's death but his partner of 15 years Dolores did not click the 'like' button.
It was the culmination of a stressful few weeks he claims, as he and his wife separated and she took their children from their home in Pecos, Texas, and moved them across the state line to Carlsbad, New Mexico.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."

Relationship status changed to, "It's Complicated."
