Man shot dead next to his own GRAVE: Widower gunned down by deputy after pointing firearm at family burial plot

A man whose wife recently had died was a few feet away from his own tombstone in a family burial plot when he pointed a loaded gun at a deputy and was fatally shot, authorities said Thursday.
