Two teens charged in the rape of a 90-year-old woman on Detroit’s west side last month are expected to be in court this morning.
Anthony Hardy, 18, and Maurice Randall, 17, are charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct, first degree home invasion, second degree home invasion, and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.
Randall is also facing a felony charge of receiving and concealing stolen property less than $200. They’re schedule to be in Detroit 36th District Court this morning. Police have said they broke into the 90-year-old’s home on the 4000 block of Leslie August 12 when the youths allegedly attacked her and ransacked her home.
A 15-year-old has also been charged as a juvenile with first degree home invasion in connection with the case.
