FALL RIVER, Mass.—A Fall River man has been convicted of first-degree murder for stabbing a woman to death inside her city apartment nearly seven years ago.
Jermaine Holley was convicted in Superior Court on Wednesday of killing 23-year-old Suzy Goulart in April 2005 and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
