A woman came home last night to find her children tied up, her husband murdered and his SUV missing.
The discovery was made in Harris County around 9.45pm when the victim's wife arrived home to the shocking scene.
Two out of three of her children - who are believed to be under ten years old - were tied up but not hurt and her husband Russell Lopez, 31, had been slain.
Their baby was unharmed.
