Two Logan County parents have been arrested after their five week old baby boy was admitted to a hospital with multiple skull fractures and broken bones.
17-year-old Matthew Hice and 18-year-old Jessica Taylor were taken into police custody. Hice is being charged as an adult for first degree battery, while Taylor is charged with permitting the abuse of a minor and hindering apprehension.
According to investigators, the baby suffered multiple skull fractures, broken bibs, and other broken bones. He's listed in serious but stable condition tonight at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
