A man murdered his neighbour with a chair leg for making fun of his man-boobs, a court heard today.
Gary Brown, 38, said Roger Berwick had been drinking with him at his bedsit in Westcliff, Essex, when the 66-year-old began laughing at him and insulting his mother.
Mr Berwick - who had gone round to ask a question about his electricity meter - was left with a serious head injury, 25 fractures to his ribs, a broken breast bone, broken jaw, broken arm and broken finger.
