OSAKA — An assistant official working for Osaka Municipal Transportation Bureau was stabbed at a bus terminal in Tennoji on Monday, police said Tuesday. The victim, who has been identified as Satoshi Emoto, 48, was allegedly attacked by 20-year-old Hiroshige Morioka at around 10:30 a.m. He was taken to hospital where he later died of his injuries. Morioka was arrested at the scene.
