KYOTO — Police said Friday they have arrested a woman for allegedly binding her son’s arms and legs with tape and beating him with a wooden sword as punishment. TV Asahi reported that the alleged attack took place on Wednesday at around 9:40 p.m. in the driveway outside the home the woman shared with her son.
