Three members of a Mississippi family were found shot to death Tuesday in the wake of a mysterious car crash over the weekend that left few traces of their sudden disappearance.
Atria Hill, 30, her son Jaidon, 7, and her husband, Lattery Smith, 34 were found dead Tuesday morning, a relative told ABCNews.com.
Cops arrested Timothy Burns of Jackson, Miss., who led investigators to the bodies in an abandoned house near where the wrecked car was found, authorities told ABC's Jackson, Miss., affiliate WAPT-TV. Authorities believe the family members were killed before the crash took place, and that the car was burned to destroy evidence.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
