A murder investigation has been launched after two girls aged 14 and 16 were killed this morning when they were hit by a car.
The best friends, named locally as Jasmine Allsop and Olivia Lewry, were hit by a car at 4.15am in Gosport, Hampshire.
A 20-year-old man from Gosport has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
